These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of TCGSync, including the TCGPlayer Tools service, tcgsync.com, package selection, onboarding, connected services, and related inventory sync tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Package Selection and Onboarding
Public self-registration is not available. To get started, you must select a package. After package selection, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange human onboarding, review required credentials, and plan your first sync workflow.
Onboarding helps reduce setup mistakes, but you remain responsible for providing accurate information, valid credentials, correct store details, and appropriate permissions.
API Key Requirement
The service requires official TCGplayer API keys and any other credentials needed for connected platforms. We can only guarantee service while your TCGplayer API keys and connected platform credentials are valid, authorized, active, and in good standing.
If your API keys are suspended, revoked, expired, rate-limited, incorrectly configured, missing required permissions, or otherwise not in good standing, the service may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or unable to perform sync actions.
Third-Party Services
The service may depend on third-party systems including TCGplayer, Shopify, Whop, marketplaces, hosting providers, payment providers, email providers, and other connected platforms. Those services are outside our control.
When you use services outside tcgsync.com, we cannot guarantee that third-party systems will be accurate, timely, available, or error-free. We are not responsible for mistakes, outages, delayed webhooks, delayed quantity changes, delayed pricing changes, failed API calls, rate limits, permission changes, incorrect third-party data, or other issues caused by systems outside our control.
Inventory, Pricing, and Sync Responsibility
Inventory, price, quantity, order, and channel sync tools are operational aids. You are responsible for reviewing sync settings, checking results, confirming inventory and pricing accuracy, and deciding whether automated changes are appropriate for your business.
We are not liable for losses caused by delayed updates, incorrect third-party data, user configuration errors, credential issues, marketplace changes, API changes, webhook delays, pricing discrepancies, overselling, underselling, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable platform rules, API documentation, marketplace requirements, and these terms. You must not use the service to bypass official API access, scrape systems where prohibited, interfere with third-party services, misuse credentials, or submit false or misleading information.
Payments and Package Terms
Package prices, checkout terms, billing terms, renewal terms, and refund terms are presented at checkout or agreed separately in writing. Third-party checkout or payment providers may apply their own terms and processing rules.
No Affiliation With TCGplayer
TCGPlayer Tools is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TCGplayer. TCGplayer controls its own API access, platform rules, marketplace operations, and account standing decisions.
Service Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, reliability, third-party API changes, business reasons, or legal reasons. We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCGSync will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost inventory value, loss of data, business interruption, marketplace penalties, pricing errors, quantity errors, or losses caused by third-party systems or events outside our control.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data.
