This Privacy Policy explains how TCGSync, including the TCGPlayer Tools service, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit tcgsync.com, select a package, use our onboarding process, or use our inventory sync services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, business or store details, package selection, onboarding information, support messages, and account credentials needed to operate the service.

When you connect external services, we may store API keys, access tokens, shop identifiers, webhook configuration, channel settings, sync preferences, inventory settings, and related operational data needed to provide the service.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, login records, usage logs, sync activity, error logs, webhook events, and audit records.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the service, arrange onboarding, verify credentials, connect TCGplayer and supported third-party systems, process sync jobs, send service notifications, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, protect accounts, and respond to support requests.

We may use your email address to contact you about package selection, onboarding, service operation, security, billing, and important account updates.

We Do Not Sell Data

We do not sell customer data, API credentials, inventory data, pricing data, order data, or contact information to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

How We Share Information

We share information only when needed to operate the service, such as with hosting providers, database providers, email delivery providers, payment or checkout providers, analytics or security tools, and the third-party platforms you choose to connect.

If you connect services such as TCGplayer, Shopify, Whop, or other supported platforms, information may be sent to or received from those services as required for authentication, webhooks, inventory sync, pricing updates, quantity updates, order sync, billing, or onboarding.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect the service, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

API Keys and Connected Services

You are responsible for ensuring your TCGplayer API keys and any other connected credentials remain valid, authorized, and in good standing. We can only provide and guarantee service while required API keys, permissions, webhooks, and third-party access remain active and in good standing.

We cannot control TCGplayer, Shopify, Whop, marketplaces, payment providers, hosting providers, or other third-party systems. Delayed webhooks, delayed quantity changes, delayed pricing updates, API outages, rate limits, permission changes, rejected credentials, or third-party mistakes may affect the service.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security, and you are responsible for keeping your own account credentials, API keys, and connected platform access secure.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account records, support onboarding, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and preserve operational logs.

Your Choices

You may contact us at admin@tcgsync.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with your account. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
